Pl suggest one very good Chinese OCR. It must work both on Simplified
and Complex (Traditional) characters.
I am aware of these 3 OCRs:
PenPower
TH-OCR (TH=Tsing Hua)
IRIS Asian Add-on

If you suggest one of the above 3, please tell me which one of the 3
is the best. Substantiate your answer. Bear in mind that I have
Windows XP and Office 2003, all English version and I cannot switch to
Chinese version of Windows and Office.
