I had a domain name with email accounts registered through Yahoo.
There was a monthly charge to my credit card. That card changed and
since then the domain name and email accounts have simply disappeared.
No warning. Now I want to reactivate it but dont find anything on
Yahoo to do this or even to ask help to a help desk. Anybody know how
to do that??

Do you need the same email accounts you had before, or would you be
content with brand-new email accounts, under the same domain name,
provided by a different hosting service?

you should probably contact yahoo technical support since they are the
provider of this account (the first level of technicians probably
won't be of any assistance to you though and you might have to dive
pry deeper into their chain of command to get any kind of useful
assistance)

Go to any whois database (whois.sc) and make sure the domain didn't
expire. If it's not in PENDING DELETE status you should have no
problems re-registering it through Yahoo. If you're email accounts
were cancelled for no payment, they're most likely deleted.
