I'm looking for proof of the death of one Vanessa Brooks on September
19th 2004 (or around that time). She was 24 years old and lived in
Texas, possibly in or around a town named Flower Mound. She died by
breaking her neck while having an epileptic seizure while going down
stairs.

Some of this information may be incorrect or inaccurate, but I would
appreciate any information you can find, especially some definitive
proof like an official obiturary.

minion...

Do you know if she was ever issued a Social Security number?
A search of the Social Security Death Index lists only four
individuals named Vanessa Brooks, none of whose last residence
was Texas.

One died in April 2004 at the age of 30, in Michigan. Another
died in July 1999 at the age of 20, and her SS# was issued in
Washington. The other two were older.

Are you sure you have the name right? Would you happen to know the
names of her parents or siblings? Or an address? Are you related?

I'm not sure any of that information is accurate, really. If it is,
I'm sure she had an SSN.

Scriptor - I did see those, but it was too much of a hassel for me. I
don't see why they can't put that info on their website and just let
me pay by credit card. I was trying to avoid mailing anything.
