We own our single-family home (1700 squ ft, 3 bdr 2 bath) in San Jose,
California. We may be relocating out of the area and if so would rent
out the house. We'd like to hire our (trustworthy and vary capable)
neighbors to oversee things in our absence. That is, we'd like them
to:
1. Select the renters and handle the lease
2. Be the responsible party, to keep an eye on things
3. Handle any repair issues that might arise
4.
The house is in good shape, so such issues would likely be minimal.
What would be a fair amount of money to pay them per month for this
part-time assignment?
