Anyone recommend an application to record Internet Radio.
I would like to start the radio stream though the program and then
record the output to MP3. And then stop the feed when the timmer ends

I have had good success with software called streamripper.  It will
also detect read the text that comes with the stream and create
seperate mp3s for each song.

Try this program called Total Recorder.
You'll be able to record the streaming and save it as mp3.
