I would like to know if residents in connecticut can be legally
charged a per diem (a daily charge) on a car loan. I took out a loan
a few years back and on top of my interest charges i was also charged
a per diem of $3. My friend who works for a car dealership told me
the other day that you can not be charged a per diem on a car loan in
connecticut. Is this true?
