I found a service on the internet where you can download music for a
small price. The site is http://www.allofmp3.com/
This site is run out of Russia, but it seems to target the U.S.A. My
question is: is it legal to purchase listen and purchase music from
this site? I am from Illinois if this is relevant to this question.
