Are you looking for a lawsuit on this topic that has already been
filed in the U.S. (or elsewhere)? Or are you looking for other
information relating to this topic?

Hi,

Yes I am looking for a lawsuit that has already happened where the
employee won the case in the US or anywhere else in the world.

Sorry to ask more questions, which I should have thought of the first
time .... When you say "ineffective," do you mean that the chemicals
used to clean the office computers (towers, keyboards, or monitors, I
presume) caused the illness? Or do you mean that the failure to clean
dust or other particles from the computers led to the illness?

Hiya,

I should have been more concise in my answer! I doing a marketing
campaign for a computer cleaning company and really wanted to see if
there were any cases of employees suing (anywhere in the world) for
dirty computer equipment causing an illness so the latter part of your
email is correct. Hope that clarifies, apologies for the confusion.
