I'm looking for an up to date online source of various specifications
for aluminum alloy heat-treating methods. I'm mainly concerned with
AMS/MIL, BAC, BPS, CSMP DPS, HP, LES, HT1, LCP, MPS, PS, PS7, PPS,
RPS, STP, heat treating/annealing, aging and quenching times and
temps. It will apply to various types, such as sheets, forgings,
extrusions, plates and bars. And will cover all tempers.

ASTM defines standards like this, but they are not providing them
for free. For a modest fee, they'll sell you the most recent
standards (B917 and B918):

You could also go to a local university with an engineering library.
They usually have the standards on file for photocopying.
