How many Structural Engineers are employed globally in the design of
offshore structures in each of the following geographical regions
aggregated by region?
1) Europe, Middle East and Africa (excluding UK and BeNeLux)
2) UK, BeNeLux and the Americas
3) Korea and Japan
4) Greater China (Including Australasia, Malaysia, India and SE Asia
generally but not Korea and Japan).
By offshore structures I mean fixed or floating structures used in the
drilling, exploration and production of oil and gas including but not
limited to: fixed platforms, semi submersibles, jack ups, drill ships
and Floating Production, Storage and Off-loading vessels (FPSOs). By
Structural Engineers I mean those engineers working on the analysis
and design of structural elements.  If this is too specific then total
number of Design Engineers generally could be substituted.
