fltuser-ga,

It's me again (I answered your other question).

Governmenta agencies are hard to count. For instance, the FBI is part
of the Department of Treasury. Is that one agency or two?

Let me know how you think we should handle that sort of thing.

Also, what do you mean by HEd???

Hi
We would be counting that as two really. We are trying to get at the
number of companies for marketing purposes. The ultimate person we
would be trying to reach would be a budget holder for the treasuery
dept and for the fbi for example.

Hed = Higher Education

Hope this helps
thanks for your other answer.

OK...thanks for clearing that up.

Now, as for the rest of your question:

--K-12: are you looking for the number of actual schools? school districts?

Ditto for Higher Ed.

--You question mentions companies...what did you have in mind? I may
be able to get a count of schools (both public and private) but
probably NOT a count of companies that service schools.

--I assume for the government, you're looking ONLY for government
agencies, and not, e.g., contractor companies that work for the
government.

Let me know.
