This is a multi-part question about the prevalence and possible
repercussions of teen drug/alcohol consumption.

First, what percentage of children in affluent school districts try
drugs or alcohol before they graduate high school?

Second, of those how many are punished and what form do those punishments take?

In my opinion your question, in the manner in which it is asked, is
not reasonably answerable. Children? Affluent? School districts? How
are these defined for the purposes of your question?

Of those how many are punished and what form do those punishments
take? Totally unanswerable question. Nothing short of a crystal ball
could answer that one.
