I see no indication that there IS a Spanish version of the UCLA Loneliness Test.  

Do you have reason to believe otherwise?

If so, please let us know where you have come across mention of a
Spanish version of the test, or any other information that could help
us pinpoint a source for you.

I haven't found any indications that there is a Spanish version.

The site

lists the email address for one of the authors. That author might know
if there is a Spanish-language version.

But you could throw this into babelfish ( or
some other online translator, and get a spanish version
