How can I send a file to an email recipient automatically from a link
on my website so that even people on "borrowed" machines or at
libraries can have the email with attachment sent to their inboxes automatically?

The website is about a job opportunity in my home. Healthcare for
severly handicapped man.

I have a link to download the zip file but folks (on public machhines)
want it by email, which is fine!

Right now I have it set so they can email me and my computer
autoresponds with an email and file attachment. But my computer needs
to be on 24/7 for it to work.

Not terribly reliable...

I don't think it's a great idea most public terminals don't allow the
user to install software and don't have unzip programs installed.
