Who is hotter: Jessica Alba or Kelly Monaco?
I think it's jessica.
My stupid coworker seems to think its kelly.
He's dumb.

not stupid, it's insulting. To err is human. Be more forgiving to your
mankind.

However, you'd better hope that your colleague would repent his
wrongful ways and join the righteous majority.

I would have to say that the "proof" given is flawed. 

Assuming you're using "hot" is in the physically attractive sense, a
less popular person could easily be hotter than someone famous, but
with less buzz around them, the more famous person will have more
results on google.

For example, I may have a friend who is drop dead gorgeous, but if I
compare google results for "(friend's name) is hot" and "Rosie
O'Donnell is hot", Rosie wins.

I had never heard of Kelly Monaco before. I see that her primary
appearances are soap operas and p0rn. I would guess that Jessica Alba
is more well known to the general public due to the mainstream TV
shows/movies she's appeared in.

But who knows. Maybe the test is fair (or skewed the other way),
because Port Charles / General Hospital is quite popular and could be
more popular than Jessica's TV appearances, movies, and Dark Angel
combined.
 
I can't come up with a better test, but just thought I would point
this out to give the coworker some hope... albeit a false hope,
because no matter how the test is done, I'm sure that Jessica would
still win :)
