I am looking for a public source with available corporate directories
of all Microsoft employees from any years between 1986 and 1994.  Can
you provide me with this list or put me in touch with the correct
source?

Corporate directories are usually considered company confidential and
from having worked with Microsoft, I can assure you that theres is. 
However, there's an excellent source for Microsoft organization
charts, though it's a subscription service ($349).   Let me know if
that would be sufficient for your needs.

I am aware of directionsonmicrosoft.com but they do not have that data
as far back as 1994.
