Hello! I am looking for companies that sell monogrammable pajama pants
and/or flip flops.  These would be for a nonprofit organization's
fundraisers (I'm not sure if that effects the price or not).  Here are
the criteria:

1)PJ Pants: Available in multiple colors and/or patterns.  Seersucker
would be especially good.  Youth and adult sizes, for ordering in
bulk.  3 letter monogram or small logo that is personalizable is
necessary.  Please include prices per item for over 100, over 150,
over 200, and over 250.  Also include any monogram setup charges and
any shipping fees, as well as an approximation of production and
shipping time.

2) Flip flops: must be grosgrain with 3 letter monogram available. 
Please take a look at the Eliza B. website at http://www.elizab.com,
as this is exactly what we are looking for, but the prices are rather
steep.  Once again, prices per item for up to 100, 150, 200, and 250
should be included, as well as shipping times.  Children's sizes would
be an excellent addition as well.

A fast answer is absolutely necessary, with three or four days as the
absolute longest for me to meet a deadline.  Four to five companies
for each product would be ideal.

thank you! i checked out zappos, but they don't offer any sort of
monogramming service.  actually, i am looking for women's pajamas, so
the ones from vermont company store won't work, but they are the type
style i am looking for.  thank you so much anyway though!
