Hi! Thanks for the question.

I agree with the comments below that virtual assistants are the best
people for your requirements. The International Virtual Assistants
Association provides a list of their members.

You can also get administrative assistants from different parts of the

In Thomas Freedman's new book, The World is Flat, he talks about a new
company in India that provides personal assistants at a very
reasonable rate. Company is called Brickwork... Look into it!

Wherever you go to find your "VA" (Virtual Assistant, outsourcing
specialist or offsite provider -- be sure you perform due diligence.
Ask for a portfolio and/or examples of previous work, be sure to
request and CHECK all references, and talk with at least one current
client and one former/past client. Sometimes you learn more about a
provider through past clients than you do through current ones. Long
term clients are a better indication of work product and reliability
than a new client still as enamored with the concept as they are the
provider.

Working online opens many doors for both clients and service
providers, but it's up to both parties to ensure that the best caliber
of service is provided. It's not an employee-employer relationship,
it's a partnership for your business. You should approach selection of
the service provider the same way you would approach any important
business decision -- with thorough information before making a move.

Also, if you plan to work closely with this remote professional, you
should ensure that your personalities are compatible. Although that
isn't a requirement, it does make the work on both sides more
enjoyable.

Best wishes!
