I'm looking for a long Vinyl Ziploc-style zipper with a slider.  The
zipper could be part of another item (e.g. a bag).  That's not a
problem as long as I can easily cut off the zipper part.  I'm planning
on welding it to a bag-like item.  An example of such an item is Space
Saver bags (e.g. http://www.cabelas.com/products/Cpod0030004.jsp).
However, all the ones I found are made of Polyethylene.

Here's my criteria for a successful result:

- The zipper must be a Ziploc style zipper
  (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ziploc).

- The zipper width must be in the range of 20-40".

- The zipper must be made of Vinyl.

- The item must be available for purchase on the Web at small
  quantities (e.g. 5-10).

- The price per zipper (or item it comes from) should not exceed $20.

- The zipper must include a slider.
