I am looking for a Halloween costume.  I want to be Willy Wonka,
specifically the Johnny Depp version.  Want to look as authentic as
possible.  I have the top hat and glasses.  I still need a velvet
coat, false teeth, and purple latex gloves.  I do not want the costume
to look cheap.  I am also a woman.  I will need a small costume.  I am
115 lbs and 5'4".  I would not mind if the costume was a bit sexy; I
have worn costumes off of the Trashylingerie.com site before. Thanks
in advance.
Also, I will need to be able to order and receive the goods by 
October 28th.  I am willing to pay for express shipping.

I have not seen the movie, so can't help with the costume, but we
don't usually get questions here where the most logical search string
yeilds 321,000 results.

Also, in my city they have a store called "Costume Display" that
stocks thousands of high quality costumes, have you checked your local
phone book to search for a costume store?

Yes.  I have googled it.  The glut of hits for the search string is a
bit misleading.  If you noticed, the majority of the sites had the
same costume.

It is not one I want.   My question was sort of specific.  I was
hoping for a ltlle help with unusual ideas. or maybe someone would
stumble on something I had not come across.  I found the glasses and
the hat but was still missing the other parts which are listed in my
original question.

Thanks, iakona. I live in the U.S.  I am also not the biggest fan of
e-bay.  The gloves might work though.  I need a maroon velvet coat.  I
appreciate the help. E-bay may be my best bet.  I will look.

Coldwater Creek, via Amazon, has a wine-colored jacket that looks a
bit like the one Johnny Depp wore in the movie, in terms of length,
color, and overall look (but has a bit of a diamond pattern), for
$29.99.  Upon second look, the size availability may be a bit of a
problem since it seems to only have size 10 petite, and above.

Neport News (also via Amazon) also has a purply velvet coat starting
at size 6. It looks a bit more feminine than Willy Wonka's! But I
think it's certainly similar, for $79.00.

Thanks for all of the help. Raztaj, I will be ordering the gloves off
of amazon.com.  I found essentially the perfect jacket through my own
search.  The only question is if I will be able to order and receive
it in time...

weeks, should arrive in time. Good luck - the costume seems to be
coming together great!

Once when in the mall, I happened to wander by and glance at the store
"Hot Topic."  There, they had a replica robe available for purchase.

I e-mailed the site where I found the costume jacket I wanted and they
have not contacted me... the clock is ticking on mt Halloween costume.
 I think I may go with the Hot Topic coat and cut it down to my size.

If you have a local HOT TOPIC store, they sell the real jacket for
$65. They might have it on their website, I havent checked.
