Who are the most significant scholars in organizational communication? I want information on those who deal with chaos and/or crisis in organizational dynamics. I want those who deal with learning organizations prior to and following Senge. I do not want pop culture organizational dynamics gurus but legitimate peer-reviewed scholars. |

Academy of Management Review Beyer, J. M., & Trice, H. M. (1987). How an organization's rites reveal its culture. Organizational Dynamics Hatvany, N., & Pucik, V. (1981). Japanese management practices and productivity. Organizational Dynamics Galbraith, J. R. (1982). Designing the innovating organization. Organizational Dynamics Monge, P. R., Cozzens, M. D., & Contractor, N. S. (1992). Communication and motivational predictors of the dynamics of organizational innovation. Organization Science Best of luck |
