Greetings Answer Guru's

I have recently become a lover of "bean sprouts". I am on a very
restrictive (enforced by doctor) diet.

Where can I find detailed nutritional information (calories, fat,
sugars, fibers, total carbs....all per 100 grams) for the following
kinds of sprouts?:

Black Bean Sprouts
Fenugreek Sprouts
Green Bean Sprouts

Note: I see alfalfa and mung sprout nutritional information on a lot
of "calorie sites"....but I am having trouble finding the information
for the three types I listed above....and those are the ones I am most
interested in.

Can you help?

Hi submaniac-ga,

You are very lucky because I know online searching as well as
nutrition. And you got the answer for free since I am not a google
researcher.I help you since I believe very few google researchers
would know the answer.

Go to the database www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp and search in the
USDA National Nutrient Database with the keywords:black beans, green
beans,mung beans,fenugreek,and sprout separately,and generally you
will get what you need.

Good luck.
