I loaded my IShuffle with songs from one computer. Is there a way to
add/subtract songs from it at another computer? If so, how?

joestrom...

It appears that you need 3rd-party software to accomplish this,
and the software available is designed to work with iPod, so
I'm not positive it will work with the iShuffle:

iPod Music Liberator:

iPod Copy:
http://www.ipodcopy.com/

Let me know what you think...

I thought I'd post what I found as a Clarification and give others
a chance to contribute before finalizing the answer. If no one can
suggest a better way within a couple of weeks, I'll post my work
as a formal answer. Okay?

A possibly way to do this would be to turn off the "auto-sync" option
in iTunes on the computer you are using to add/remove songs. I
believe that then you can choose which songs to add or remove.
