Dear sentincognito,
Although it is possible that you don't like my answer, I will say
frankly what I think: You can trust neither Paxmix nor US-HYIP. Both
are dubious and shady.
As for Paxmix, I find it very suspicious that they don't even reveal
basic information about their company:
- Where are they located?
- What is their address and telephone/fax number?
- Where and under what laws are they incorporated?
All they let us know is "Paxmix private company is a general partner
of Space - Quantum corporation registered in the USA". That means
absolutely nothing. All guarantees they promise on their website are
worthless since you would never be able to track and contact them. No
reputable company would conceal their identity or contact information.
Only fraudulent businesses do so, simply because they don't want to be
traced by their victims.
This suspicious behaviour reaches even further: I checked for who
their domain "paxmix.com" owns. The result is not surprising. The
domain was registered through an anonymizer service in Singapore, Katz
Global. Again, this is not what reputable companies do. Honest
companies have no reason to hide behind an anonymizer service. Also
very revealing is the fact that the domain has been registered only on
30 April 2005 and will already expire on 30 April 2006. Much too short
a time span for a reputable company, but this is typical for Web
scams: They use "disposable" domains that are simply abandoned when
they are not of use anymore.
Besides, for a US-based company their command of the English language
is sometimes extremely poor. The simple line "Guaranty of your
deposits safety" already contains two mistakes. And the texts also
contain ridiculous errors like "Fairview Вилидж/Pennsylvania". For a
company that claims to be that important, such a lack of linguistical
and writing skills would be very strange. Rather, I tend to believe
that the individuals behind it are not located in the USA at all.
You can't trust Paxmix. They are just a scam.
With US-HYIP, things are no better. Again, they refuse to let us know
anything about their identity. Where are they located? Who are the
responsible individuals? What country's laws apply? No real
information is provided, only hollow phrases that mean nothing. And
their terms of service are brazen: They say openly that are not
licensed or registered anywhere, and that investors have no whatsoever
securities, guarantees or rights.
In brief, clear words: A bunch of completely anonymous persons ask you
to give them your money. In return, you get nothing but prohibition to
share any of your experiences with US-HYIP with anyone. That is not
only bold, that is insolent.
Of course, I also checked who the alleged owner of the domain
"us-hyip.com" is. The result is meaningful:
Alex Bleiz
alexbleiz@yahoo.com +740.67258079
US-HYIP
P.O. Box 2359
Athens OH UNITED STATES 45701
If they were a reputable organization, they would not use a P.O. box.
But the fraudsters are doing everything to conceal their real
location. The Yahoo e-mail address can belong to anyone, anywhere in
the world. But the most obvious clue is the telephone number. It's not
a number in the Athens, Ohio area. It's not even an American phone
number. +7 is the country code of Russia and several former Soviet
Republics in Central Asia. Again, the question: Why would a reputable
organization use fake contact information to register their domain?
And again, it's a "disposable" domain that has been registered only on
26 September 2005 and will expire already on 26 September 2006.
Neither Paxmix nor US-HYIP can be trusted. I must advise to not give
them even a single penny. They are common fraudsters, criminals who do
everything to remain anonymous und untraceable.
Best regards,
Scriptor
