A few years ago Missouri began to allow liquor sales on Sunday...but
not before noon. That has since been amended to allow Sunday liquor
sales after 9am.

Washington State very recently, as in 2-3 months ago, started selling
alcohol on Sunday (not in all stores, only a very few), so you could
add that state to the list that is one year old.
