A Japanese artist (whom I believe is a woman) published a number of
illustrations for Japanese novels part of a series called "Trinity
Blood".  The name of the artist is Thores Shibamoto, and she has
recently published an artbook titled "Fabrica Theologiae".  Where can
I buy original works of art from her?

Thanks for your clarification request. 

What I need is an address and/or phone number of a place and/or person
where/from whom it has been confirmed that this person's original
artwork can be bought.

As such, post the email address if someone you wrote to at that
address has replied to you that they have some art available and are
willing to sell it (and if possible at what conditions).
