If it takes 30 seconds for a weightlifter to lift a 20 kg box onto a
shelf 2m above the ground and we continuously dropped the box every 30
seconds, how much power could we generate?

not much around .2 hp
btw that would be power needed to lift the weight, not generated by droping it.
