I?d like a list of official security agreements between the U.S. and
any country in the Asia-Pacific (including India and Australia) since
the beginning of 1991 ? just the titles and dates of any documents
that establish official military commitments between the U.S. and
these countries, especially in the event of a military conflict
between any country and China. An example would be the ?New Framework
for the US-India Defense Relationship? (NFDR) signed on June 27, 2005
by Donald Rumsfeld and India?s Defense Minister Pranab Mukherjee.
(This is related to my other question, #575786.)
Thanks.

Here are the mutual defense treaties for which PACOM is responsible:

- U.S.-Republic of the Philippines (Mutual Defense Treaty, 1952)
- ANZUS (Australia - New Zealand - U.S., 1952)
- U.S.-Republic of Korea (Mutual Defense Treaty, 1954)
- South East Asia Collective Defense (U.S. - France - Australia - New
Zealand - Thailand - Philippines, 1955)
- U.S.-Japan (Mutual Defense Treaty, 1960)

I'd like to know if any modifications to these have been made since
the end of the Cold War (say, beginning of 1991), and what other
defense agreements or pacts the U.S. has made with Asia-Pacific
countries.
