What do you mean by "entertainment litigation"? Litigation where an
entertainer is a party? Litigation over entertainment contracts and
royalty agreements? Litigation over intellectual property rights to an
entertainment-related product, such as music, film, or cartoon
characters? Or something else?

Clarification of Question by fritz27-ga on 23 Aug 2002 08:52 PDT
Yes: Litigation over intellectual property rights to an
entertainment-related product, primarily music and film.

Initially let us start with lawyers and specific cases that hover over
their heads.

Stanley Rothenberg is a partner at Moses & Singer since 1979 and has
been a copyright and entertainment industry lawyer for over 30 years
has posted articles online on his views about litigation on
intellectual property rights in the entertainment industry.
