Question ID: 575855
I need a list of companies that measure quality service at Nursing
Homes, Assisted Living Homes and Elderly homes. I want links to the
company?s? websites. I would like to know who these company?s? target
market is, who they interview in order to rate the quality of the
home, what data they collect and how they collect it.

I know that the government conducts surveys on nursing homes. I want
to know what nursing homes have to participate in such surveys versus
what ones don?t. I want to know for the ones that don?t have to
participate in government surveys if there are companies that do
surveys for these homes and what their websites are. (So please give
me the name/website of the corporations that conduct quality service
surveys on nursing homes that are not already being surveyed by the
government.)

I need a list of non government companies that measure quality service
at Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Homes and Elderly homes. These will
be non medicaid/care homes. I want links to the
company?s? websites. I would like to know who these company?s? target
market is(ie what type of people do they interview in order to rate
the quality of the home(the families of the patients, the nurses
ect.?).

When I say non medicaid/ medicare homes I mean nursing homes/assisted
living homes/old people homes that require customers to pay primarily
with cash and not insurance.

I think the selection process may vary by state. After taking a very
quick look around, I see some evidence that some states only check
those homes that participate in Medicare; in some cases, nursing homes
volunteer for annual quality assurance inspection. (I would think the
latter would be a strong selling point to worried families.)

You're asking a multitude of complex questions inside one question,
and it would take a researcher many hours to come up with an answer.
For instance, I'm not quite sure what you mean by "I want to know what
nursing homes have to participate in such surveys versus what ones
don?t."

You may want to consider winnowing down your criteria; for instance,
it may not be possible to discern which staff person is actually
interviewed.

If you can narrow down your question to just the one or two most
important points, a researcher may be able to help you.

Otherwise, you will need to consider raising the fee, as this project,
though it appears very intriguing, will require a considerable amount
of time and effort.
