More than three months ago I left my non-profit employer when I moved
from Houston, TX to Orlando, FL. I requested a 403(b) disbursement. I
understand the penalties, but I really do need the funds. Is there a
time limit on how long the employer can take to give me the funds?
They don't return my calls so I don't know the motivation for the
delay.
