I have a lot of feeds in My Yahoo that I would like to export to
another rss application. I know you can import an OPML file into the
application. My question is : Is it possible to create an OPML file
from My Yahoo and how do you do this?

you can get your opml file at http://api2.my.yahoo.com/2.0/content/getsubs.
I got the tip from http://jeremy.zawodny.com/blog/archives/005384.html

I have the reverse problem. I would to import an opml file into yahoo!
