Bashien and Markus (1994) "the companies most likely to succeed with
reengineering are those
most likely to succeed without it". Agree or not agree. why this
should be so?

Agree....companies must thoroughly understand their business processes
to succeed with BPR.  Companies that thoroughly understand their
business processes are the same companies that can improve quality in
each of their processes.
