My grandson is attending a Jewish Day School in Ohio and as we are not
Jewish I am unfamiliar with many of the High Holy Days, which are
celebrated. One such day is Sukkot. I have been told that this is
the feast of many "booths". This refers to the temporary dwellings of
the Jewish ancestors during their 40 years of survival in the
wilderness, and speaks of these ancestors as the Bnei Yisroel. What
is Bnei Yisroel?
