Hi all,

I'm looking for a specific headband. I used to buy them at the
grocery store all the time, but now..i can't find them at all. This
is the brand:

http://www.scrunchies.com/detail.cfm?UPC=043194910939&aisle=HeadBands

But....its a hard plastic head band, brown, on top the plastic is kind
of heart shaped & underneath the "heart" are the "teeth" to keep it in
place on the head.

Obviously if you can find the specific one, great..but...what i'd like
is somewhere i can call or contact, maybe supplier, manufacturer to
purchase them directly? I've looked on ebay...nothing promising.

Thanx for your help (if you can),
nannette

I believe I saw exactly the headband that you're describing at a "Big
Lots" store a few weeks ago. If you have any "Big Lots" stores in your
area, you might want to drop in and have a look. It generally isn't
possible to telephone the store and ask whether they may have
something; in my experience, the people who answer the phone are the
missing link between ape and man, and they usually can't tell you
much, other than "Hello."

Hope you find it! I came up empty after a Web search.

Wow...do you know EVERYTHING? Seems like you always get questions on
something you've recently, seen/hear/talked about...or remember it
from 20 years ago....amazing...a true gift. I'm headed to Big Lots on
my way home tonight...thanx for the heads up!

Heehee! I don't know "everything." But I do remember lots of stuff,
most of which seems useless until somebody asks about it on Google
Answers. ;-)

Here's a tip that may help. I believe every "Big Lots" store is
different, but the store in which I saw the headband had (in addition
to the usual display of hair-related goodies) a separate bin that was
full of scrunchies, barrettes, headbands, and other similar items.
Several headbands like the one you've described were in the rummage
bin. I know this is a rather slim clue, but slim is better than none!

Well..no go...went to Big Lots...looked in their bins...it wasn't
there...but...i did buy other stuff...hadn't been to Big Lots in a
long time..and wow...there were some crazy bargains there. There is
another Big Lots close..so i'll hit it this weekend & see if they have
some. Thanx for the tips...
