Low cost ways of having US orthopedic surgeons fill questionnaire on surgery

This is the first time I am using this system. I want to have between 60 and 90 US orthopedic surgeons filling a rather long (i.e. 40 minutes) questionnaire concerning the orthopedic surgery process. What is the cheapest way of having this done? what is the corresponding price per surgeon I should expect? NOTE: 1) I already have names of some US based market research/survey companies. If you plan to give me the name of such a company, it must have a substantive competitive advantage over other market research/survey companies for contacting orthopedic surgeons. As a result of this advantage I would expect a price significantly lower than the market average (i.e the average quote I'll receive from 10 market research/survey companies for the same task). Please be explicit about why I can expect that. 2) we will be OK to give a large incentive, if necessary, to encourage the orthopedic surgeons to fill the questionnaire. But may be yo have a clever idea that can help us avoid paying the incentive. The questionnaire is very interesting to fill (for an orthopedic surgeon). 3) If you have an idea about a process/company that could enable me to achieve this objective, please be precise enogh so that we can IMPLEMENT this process or call the company you are refering us to. Again be precise about why there is specfific reason to believe that this process/company can help us have orthopedic surgeons fill our survey at an attractive cost per surgeon. 4) I am not interested in answer of the type: "contact this market research or market survey company. I know that they do a lot of work with doctors in general". However a market research or survey company with regular and extensive contacts with **orthopedic surgeons** is welcomed provided that i can reasonably expect that their expertise will translate in lower costs of survey. Please be very specific about why I should expect so. In the latter case, I want that the company has a track record for handling questionnaire & survey services for third party market research or marketing & consulting companies. |
