A title company in Florida charged to me on their final bill.... 
100 dollars for long distance telephone calls, and:
 50 dollars for fedex .......This was in connection with my townhouse
which was sold.

The long distance telephone calls to me and to whomever they had to
call for information totalled  22.50 and the fedex deliveries totalled
37.50 for a total of 60 dollars. This is correct since they sent me a
detailled list of who they had to call and who they had to
fedex.....Can they legally charge me 150dollars when the true cost is
60dollars? I prefer facts to back up the answer even if it goes aginst
what I think is correct. I am tired of paying for services that are
not performed.  Thank you
