Hi. My daughter is 11 years old. I am trying to find a combined
analogue & digital watch for her for her birthday. By combined I mean
a watch with the normal hour and minute hand and also a digital
display which shows the time as well. My daughter is a normal sized 11
year old. We have looked at womens watches but they are all too big so
I am looking for a watch that is specifically designed for a child's
size. I live in England so if I could try it first that would be good
too.

I am an adult woman, but I have a tiny wrist (5.5 inches), and most
women's watches don't fit me, even if they are adjustable. One thing I
have done to get around this problem is to buy the watch and the band
separately. Many watches can accept a change of band, and bands come
in smaller sizes. Another thing that I've done is to choose a watch
whose band has removable links. By excising several links, I can get a
band that fits my wrist.
