Hi, here are my details.

I have an approved I-140 petition from 2001 from one of my previous
employers. The 485 was not filed when I quit the company. The company
has done nothing with the I-140 (i.e.they did not revoke it).

I then joined another company, filed labor in 2001 which is still
pending, and have been extending my H1 in 1 year increments.

This year, I quit the company and joined another which is processing
my labor under PERM. My new H1 expires in Jan.

Can I get a 3 year H1 extension based on the new portability laws for
I-140 using the old approved I-140 petition.
