Unfortunately, the nature of things simply doesn't allow
for what you're requesting. A hyperlinked image that
appears in an email is composed of two elements. The
image is one, and the recipient has the option of
copying that or saving it to a file, and inserting
it onto their blog page, but it won't be hyperlinked.
The hyperlink is a separate element consisting of text
in html format. The recipient can look at the Message
Source and copy the html text for the image and the
hyperlink, and insert it into the source code their
blog, and it will show both the image and the hyperlink.
Those are the only options of which I'm aware.
The internet abounds with sites which encourage you
to post a banner or logo with a hyperlink to their
site. Without exception, that I've seen, they show
the html text on their page, and instruct the visitor
to copy and paste the html text into the source code
for their webpage.
Let me know where this takes you...
