I am trying to value an established online travel directory (business
model sale of advertising) and would like examples of other similar or
related online businesses (preferably travel/tourism) that are:

1. either currently offered for sale, or
2. have actualy been sold

I am trying to verify if these types of businesses are valued on sales
or retained profit.

Four or five examples would be great.
