OK folks i need an answer ASAP so I upped the price to $30.00 plus
$10.00 tip if satisfactory answer tonight (10/06/2005)

the list doesn't have to be all inclusive, my daughter is looking for
a hospital to work for where she can drop the kids without having to
sign over her paycheck to a day care center.

Just wanted you to know I looked, but nothing much turned up.  

The closest I found was this one hospital offering discounted
attendance at off-site day care:

Many federal government offices have onsite day care, so your daughter
may want to consider these as an option.
