I've lost my cell phone and I want to replace it without signing a new
plan. I want a website that has decent older models (not used, ive
tried eBay) possibly from a few years ago. I'm picturing a website
that has near top-of-the-line phones from 2002-2004 era for cheap
prices. My carrier is Verizon.

Hi,

The problem you are going to find with "Older Phones" in this time
frame is that most of them between the years you mentioned will not
have the E-911 GPS Chip in them. Most carriers, including Verizon,
are not allowed to activate phones on their service without this chip.
It is against the law now.

Sorry
