I?m preparing a draft proposal for the implementation of a business
plan to provide architectural services to US based commercial
organizations in Tokyo Japan.

I wish to clarify and qualify the size and extent of our chosen focus,
and in doing so I want to identify the largest 200 US and European
based subsidiaries of companies in the financial services and
technology sectors, who are based in Tokyo, Japan, as measured by the
total number of white collar employees of such companies (in Japan).

Specifically, and to qualify the above:
-	The description financial services and technology sectors is
deliberately broad to allow for as many companies as possible.
Therefore, banks, insurance companies, accounting practices, ratings
agencies would be deemed ?financial services. Similarly, hardware,
software, communication, telephone companies would be acceptable
within the context ?software?.
-	I would like to get some approximate idea of how much office space
they occupy currently, and where their location is in Tokyo.
-	The sectors indicated and described above are broad in order to
provide a context or framework. Priority should be given to ?white
collar employees? and ?existing office space?.
-	Existing resources. I have already approached the American Chamber
of Commerce in Tokyo as part of my research. While I am open to
information from this source, I would prefer the research to be
focused on other sources.
