For this, and previous question, is the following allowed:

sqrt(sqrt(4))! = 1 ?

Devilishly difficult, michael. But. Here you are:

127 = (4^4 - sqrt(4)) / sqrt(4)

that is, 127 = (256 - 2) / 2
