Am interested in what the key differences are between the law of
trusts in Niue (under their Trusts Act 1994), and in New Zealand
(under the common law and NZ trusts legislation).
Need to know what specific differences exist particularly in the areas
of creation and validity, purpose trusts, settlors and beneficiaries,
trustees powers and duties, and failure, termination and variation of
trusts.
Thank you :)
