Some Scandinavian indie filmmaker developed a protocol for making
simple indie films. It's a simple list of rules.

The protocol covers things such as how the talent (even a big star
such as Julia Roberts) would never have a trailer, certain amenities,
etc. It's all about egalitarian moviemaking.Do you know the name of
the protocol?

Could you be thinking about 'Dogme'?
I'm not sure about the status of stars and trailers as my
understanding of it was that it had more implications for the style of
production (natural lighting, no make up, only diagetic sound, etc.)
