Question ID: 577290
The users in my company were using MSN messenger 6.2 without problems
to sign in to MSN. They were using HTTP proxy to sign in to MSN
Messenger. However, the users who have upgraded MSN Messenger to 7.x
can no longer sign in to MSN. I have tried so many things, but no
success. Any solution as what is the reason and how can be the problem
solved?

This is not a solution to your problem, but alternatively you can run
MSN and other chat programs from your browser:

http://www.e-messenger.net/

I hope that helps.
