How do I advertise my online pharmacy? 

I have people that signed up as an affiliate of my pharmacy and they
are making at least 5 sales a day. I just don't know how,where,or when
they are doing it.

I emailed my affiliates with no response. 

These affiliates started making at least 5 sales a day within 7 days
of signing up.

I want to advertise like they are so I can make more money for me and my family. 

My 4 y-o son was recently diagnosed with autism and we need the extra
money for therapy and treatments.

Anybody got the answer on what my affiliates are doing to be so successful?

This sounds like a pyramid scheme.
