In the UK if I wanted to start a holiday property rentals site and to
have a credit card facility is it legal for me to take bookings on
credit cards including my fee then to pass on the balance minus a fee 
to the person who's property has been booked for rental and do I need
to be a member of ABPTA or any other organisation to do so?
